Half Moon is a soul-stirring collection of songs that embrace the beauty in imperfection, the ache of longing, and the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up. From the dreamy vulnerability of the title track Half Moon to the sultry resilience of Hold Me Up and the bittersweet ache of Your Place or Mine, this EP weaves folk-rooted melodies with modern edges and emotionally direct lyrics. It’s music for the ones still figuring it out, the ones who’ve lived enough to laugh through the heartbreak.

About Ella //

Ella Reid is an Austin-based songwriter known for genre-blending performances rooted in storytelling, voice, and feel. Moving between Americana, pop, and soul-influenced material, her live shows are dynamic, emotionally engaging, and built for attentive listening rooms and maybe a little dance floor.

She has performed at the Frank Brown Songwriters Festival, winning the NSAI Songwriting Contest in 2009 and is a regular on Austin stages including a few greats: the Saxon Pub and Poodie’s Roadhouse.

Her upcoming project continues to expand her sound—bringing together pop, country, and soul/Jazz influences into a cohesive, voice-driven collection.
